Receive ProSignal Automated Alerts
by E-mail and/or Cell Phone

 

Step 1 Go to 'Settings' menu of the Main Window and select 'SMS Editor' from drop-down menu.

 

Step 2 Internet Explorer will open to the Login Page. Enter your username and password and click 'Login'

 

Step 3

a) All currency pairs that have a ProSignal Automated Alert are listed on the configuration page. Alerts labeled with "60 min." are the day-trading signals that appear in the hourly time-frame. Alerts labeled with "44640 min." are the long-term signals that appear in the Monthly time frame. Select the currency pair(s) in which you would like to have text alerts sent to your e-mail or cell phone. (To properly configure your cell phone see note below.)

b) Enter up to three e-mail or cell phone addresses, separated by a comma. Do not use dashes or any other non-numerical values prior to the "@" symbol, while typing your cell phone's e-mail address

c) To complete setup, click 'Update'.

 

 

Step 4

Most email providers have strict spam filters. To ensure that our alert notifications come to your email without being blocked, make sure to allow the following email addresses:

prosignal.net (the "from" address)
newsletter.tradetrek.com (the mail server domain)

This will ensure proper delivery of our signal alerts.

ProSignal Alert Notifications To Your Cell Phone

Regardless of where you are in the world, as long as you have a regular e-mail address associated with your cell phone, you can receive ProSignal Automated Alerts. Most cellular phone providers include this service for free, but if not, you can usually request it for low monthly fee. Please contact your cell phone service provider to confirm the correct e-mail address and send yourself a test e-mail to make sure your phone receives the messages correctly. Then add your cell phone e-mail address to the ProSignal SMS alert server database as instructed above.

Below are example templates of cell phone e-mail addresses for some of the major US providers. Please test or double check with your provider to make sure they work with your cell phone.
