In
most cases, we are able to respond to emails promptly
and effectively. However, depending on the time of day
(or night) and urgency of the inquiry, response time
can take up to several hours. Weekends are more periodic.
If
you are unable to get your questions answered by email
or need to talk to someone directly we can be reached
by phone Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm Eastern Standard
Time 305-393-8458.
Because
we are very busy and phone support is limited, you may
have to leave a message and a service representative
will get back to you ASAP.
If
you're having a technical problem, it's likely that
our support service will need to use remote desktop
connection to see the problem first-hand and help you
resolve it. You can download the HelpDesk
utility and save it to your desktop and then contact
our customer support.
For
Questions Regarding your Live Trading Account
For
clients that have a brokerage account with FXCM, their
dealing desk is open to assist clients in placing orders
via the Internet or telephone 24 hours a day beginning
Sunday afternoon at 5:15 PM through till Friday afternoon
4:00 PM New York time. Their customer support is available
by email or phone 24/7.
Please
note: FXCM and ProSignal
are separate and independent companies. FXCM can only
help you with questions regarding your brokerage trading
accounts (real or demo). They cannot assist you with
questions regarding your ProSignal service.
