I have a Diploma in Marketing awarded by Stanford University, Stanford, CA. I have 7 year experience in working as an Assistant Store Manager in a number of different department stores.
My 7 years of experience in assisting in store management have fully prepared me for working in all relevant areas required. I am proficient in inventory control, customer relations, budgeting, planning and sales analysis, cashier management and loss prevention measures.
I am familiar with preparing relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis. I understand the value of providing outstanding customer service at all times, and I am able to multi-task on several different areas of work at the same time if required.
I have a good history of being able to work efficiently in a team environment, respecting the rights of my equals as well as my superiors at all times.
I feel sure that my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest standards as an Assistant Store Manager will be of the greatest benefit to Sears Holdings Corp, and I have confidence that I can make a significant contribution to the company.
